We have award-winning Certified Kitchen Designers by The National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) & The National Association of The Remodeling Industry (NARI) on staff. We’ll come to your home and give you a complimentary design consultation. Next, we set up an appointment in our state of the art showroom. We have a diverse selection of good, better and best products to fit every budget. A certified designer and interior designer will help you choose all the materials in our unique design center. You can see your products in the same light that is in your home. Our design center has fluorescent, halogen, LED, general, task, hi-hats, under cabinets & natural sunlight. It makes a spectacular difference on what lighting you have and where you have it. You’ll see the color and texture of your cabinets and tile change under different lighting styles. After your showroom experience, you’ll never say “that’s not what it looked like in your showroom”. We help you visualize your project with computer-aided designs.

We‘ll achieve this by focusing an equal amount of effort on the “process and product”. Over 60 plus years of experience has taught us a valuable lesson “Remodeling is a Process, not a Product”. Anyone can sell you materials. We will provide you a tearless remodeling project. We have our own Mc Hales certified installation crews. They consist of project managers, skilled carpenters, licensed plumbers, & registered electricians. Our interior staff will receive and inspect your products in our 2000 plus square foot warehouse. They’ll be loaded and re-inspected before being shipped into our mobile storage trailers and parked at your home the day before the project. We assign a project manager who will be responsible for your job from start to finish. Your designer, project manager, and other tradesmen will meet at your home for a preview conference. This is scheduled within 5 to 7 days after signing your agreement. No materials will be ordered until the preview has been completed. We still practice John Mc Hales “measure twice, order once “philosophy. Your project manager is the lead carpenter and will provide coordination for the other trades. We have adopted this “lead installer concept” from NARI in 1996.

Therefore we’ll give you a realistic estimated start and completion date. We reward our team for on-time completion. Before demolition, we will protect your home by using a variety of techniques. Such as carpet & hardwood floor protection, dust barriers, curtain walls, Rigid air cleaners, quilted moving blankets, booties, rubber driveway mats; we focus on keeping dust contained and maintain a safe & clean work environment. Your home will not look like a construction site. Debris will not be piled up on your lawn and driveway overnight. We have dump trailers that will take away your debris daily. We pull all necessary permits and schedule the inspections. Before completion of the job, you will meet with your project manager for a pre-completion punch list. After the job is completed to your satisfaction, you’ll receive a 1-year warranty plus all related manufactures warranties. Extended warranties are optional.
